Our position

Businesslang does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, and in similar US state privacy laws. We run no advertising and no third party trackers.

You are already opted out

Because we never sell or share personal information, there is nothing you need to switch off. If you still want to record an opt out request, or ask what information we hold about you, use our contact form and choose "Privacy request". We will confirm by email.

Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar browser opt out signals as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for the browser that sends them.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of permission and may need to verify your identity.

No discrimination

We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
